Jjanga Sushi & Oyster Bar sits just off the Las Vegas Strip in a spot that balances lively energy with a more laid-back vibe than the usual high-traffic sushi places nearby. This full-service Japanese restaurant offers a blend of all-you-can-eat sushi alongside oyster bar favorites and Japanese tapas, making it a versatile choice for everything from casual group dinners to a low-key date night.

Inside, the atmosphere leans into warm, dim lighting that feels cozy but not cramped, with modern decor touches that reflect a contemporary take on traditional sushi bars. Diners often mention that the lighting is adjustable at the table, which adds a touch of personal control to the experience—a detail that stands out in a city packed with standardized chains.

The menu’s highlights are both familiar and playful. Alongside classics like California Rolls, Salmon Sashimi, and Miso Soup, you’ll find creative options like Sushi Pizza and the Unagi Burger that give a nod to fusion trends without veering too far from Japanese flavors. Their all-you-can-eat concept is a major draw, especially for those who want to sample a broad range without splurging – and the quality of the fish and freshness of the ingredients maintain consistency even in this format.

Service here tends to be attentive without rushing the table, which fits well with the relaxed setting. Many locals and visitors appreciate how staff manage to accommodate the demanding pacing of AYCE orders while keeping things friendly and helpful. It’s the kind of place where servers not only take your order but also offer genuine suggestions based on what guests have enjoyed before.

Jjanga’s oyster bar angle adds another dimension, giving seafood lovers more than just sushi to dig into. It pairs naturally with their selection of warm sake and crisp soju, crafting a well-rounded experience for those who prefer to sip alongside their bites.

For those who thrive on variety and quality without the high stakes of fine dining, Jjanga fits comfortably as a neighborhood spot with a dash of Strip-adjacent polish. Dinner tends to pick up during evenings, and weekend visits might be the best time to experience the full buzz without feeling rushed. Whether you’re coming with friends looking to share plates or stopping by for a quiet solo meal, the combination of measured pace, considered lighting, and mix of familiar and inventive sushi gives this restaurant a distinct local character.

A Hidden Gem in Las Vegas: The Cove Premium AYCE Sushi & Oyster Bar I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cove Premium AYCE Sushi & Oyster Bar in Las Vegas, and it was an absolutely delightful surprise! After trying several sushi spots, including one at the Venetian, I approached this all-you-can-eat option with a bit of skepticism. However, I was completely blown away! For a mere $15 upgrade, we enjoyed an incredible selection of premium sushi, featuring exquisite delicacies like bluefin tuna and toro. One standout was the hand roll filled with shrimp, uni, and caviar — a true culinary masterpiece that made my taste buds dance with joy! The service was impeccable, and a special shoutout goes to Angel for making our experience even more memorable. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on my way out, who shared that they had just opened a week ago. It’s heartwarming to see such passion and dedication toward creating a wonderful dining experience. What excites me even more is the thought of returning just for the uni — can you imagine indulging in solely uni for $55 with all-you-can-eat options? Such a deliciously affordable luxury! If you’re a sushi and oyster lover visiting Las Vegas, I highly recommend checking out The Cove Premium AYCE Sushi & Oyster Bar. I can’t wait for my next visit!

The food was spectacular, loved the place and the profesional attention from Christan. This was my first time in Las Vegas and The Cove Sushi! First all you can eat I tried with the best quality of my favorite food.

The atmosphere was incredible —dim lighting that you have control over at the table, amazing decor, and a good playlist. I had the veggie tempura roll, edamame, and lychee sake—all were incredible, I almost ordered a second roll. Also, I'm usually pretty picky about my sake but it was delicious. The food came out quickly and the service was pleasant.

Just checked out this new sushi spot that recently opened, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere feels modern but cozy, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Everything tasted so fresh — especially the nigiri and hand rolls. You can tell they really care about presentation too. Definitely feels like a hidden gem near the Strip. I’ll be coming back soon with friends!

Angel and Ronald were amazing servers! Very attentive and quick; given the fact we were a party of 15. Appetizers are delicious! And premium fish was fresh to order. Can order half rolls too which was great, gave us the opportunity to try more rolls! Wish I took more pictures of the food! Would come here again! Thank you!

This place is recently renovated and they have done a great job. This is by far the best all you can eat sushi quality I have found in Nevada. The fish was very fresh and their menu included many items I had never found on all you can eat before. Siri, the waiter, was very friendly and attentive as she checked in on me frequently. This restaurant is definitely worth visiting.

This is a great spot right off of Las Vegas boulevard that won’t break the bank. We had a fun experience with Mariah & Chef Heng. Service was friendly and efficient, the AYCE portions were perfect for our party of three. Beautiful decor from the walls to the restrooms. Congratulations on the new spot! We’ll see you guys again soon.
